To report an Absence, call (323) 266-7400 

The student must bring a note signed by a parent or guardian on the first day of his or her return.  The note must include.

• Student's Name
• Date
• Period of time student was absent
• Parent's Signature

El alumno/a debe de traer una nota firmada por sus padres o tutores el primer día de regreso de su ausencia.  La nota debe de incluir.

• Nombre completo del alumno/a
• La fecha
• El period de tiempo que estuvo ausente
• Firma de los padres o guardiantes
